Job Overview

Responsible for the design/planning of multiple, simultaneous projects, managing internal and external resources. Develop project schedules, timeline, resources and forecast. Updating project timeline and milestones using Instagant and Asana and keeping it in line with Jira epics. On weekly basis, forecasting for the team on assigned project to reflect forecasted revenue as well as to make sure all team members are assigned to projects and busy on full time basis. Follow up with team lead and schedule daily sync with the team to stay on top of the project status and escalate any issues if necessary. Update the company CRM to reflect latest updates and revenues from my clients and agreements. Keeping Jira tasks up to date and organized within epics.

Requirements

Requires bachelor’s degree in any computer or foreign equivalent + 2 years of relevant experience.
Requires experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, system integration, .NET, MS SQL, UI and UX design, HTML, CSS, Instagant, Asana, CRM, Jira and confluence.
